POGO.CO.UK OFFICIAL PRIZE RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Eligibility restricted to U.K. residents aged eighteen (18) and over who already have an internet connection, an active email address, and Pogo Account, which may be either a free Pogo account or a Club Pogo account.


1. Daily Prize Draws.

For the avoidance of doubt, residents of the U.K. are only permitted to enter the Prize Draw available at www.pogo.co.uk and are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw of any other Pogo site in any jurisdiction other than the UK. Any such entry shall be deemed void.

There shall be a maximum allowable limit of (i) one entry to the daily prize draw per Single Physical Person per day and (ii) one prize per household every three month period. For the avoidance of doubt, in relation to section (i) above, a "Single Physical Person" shall be identified by a combination of: (a) first name, surname and postal address; or (b) first name, surname and date of birth. In relation to (b) above, "household" shall mean a single postal address containing house/flat number/name, street name and post code.

If EA finds that any person has registered different first names, surnames, postal addresses or dates of birth, this shall constitute a violation of these Official Prize Rules and EA may terminate any account and permanently disqualify any players in any Prize Draw or other activity on Pogo's site.

Alternative Means of Entry for Daily Prize Draws. The daily prize draws are available to both free Pogo and Club Pogo members. You can enter the daily prize draws by (i) signing into your free Pogo account; (ii) navigating to the Prize Draw Page on free Pogo; and (iii) clicking the button 'Accept and Enter Now!' .You will receive a confirmation message that you have entered.

You may also enter the Prize Draw if you are signed in as a Club Pogo member.

Prizes: Each day, Four (4) winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by EA. The winners will each win a £15 retail voucher.

Opening and Closing Times: The drawing period for each day begins at 22.01 Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT") and ends at 22.00 GMT the following day.

Results: Winners will be notified by email and prizes will be dispatched within sixty (60) business days after the eligibility of the winner has been verified.


2. In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinner

Opening and closing times: There are no opening and closing times for the In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinner. The game will continue until someone wins the prize. Once a winner is identified, the game will begin again.

In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinner prizes: This is an instant win game. Winners will be chosen at random over the duration of the In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinner.

Prizes for In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinners on the free Pogo site include tokens, 2 Slipper sets, 50 x Pogo mugs, 25 x Pogo Blue Creative ZEN Stone Plus's with built-in Speaker MP3 Players, 25 x Spike Toys. Prizes updated every three months.

Prizes for In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinners played by Club Pogo members on the Club Pogo site include tokens, 2 Slipper sets, 50 x Pogo mugs, 25 x Pogo Blue Creative ZEN Stone Plus's with built-in Speaker (MP3 Players), 25 x Spike Toys, 10 DAB Digital Radios and Digital Prizes such as 1000 Desktop Wallpapers, 1000 PC Screensavers, 100 x 5 Pogo Gems and 50 Club Pogo Gametime Vouchers valued at under £40. Tokens have no monetary value. Prizes updated every three months.

Jackpot Multipliers: Occasionally, in relation to In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinners played by Club Pogo members on the Club Pogo site only, there will be Jackpot Multipliers (Double Jackpots or Triple Jackpots) for a particular game. In these cases, the winner will receive two or three of the applicable prize(s) or, if applicable, two or three times the number of tokens. The combined value of the prizes awarded in Jackpot Multipliers will not exceed £40.

Rules to participate: To enter,

1) Play a game which contains an In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinner.

2) You must play to a certain standard in order to qualify for participation in the In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinner. For instructions on how to qualify for participation in a specific In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinner, see the "How to Play" section for that game.

Results: Winners will be notified instantly and are required to complete a Claim Form. Prizes will be dispatched within sixty (60) business days after the eligibility of the winner has been verified.

3. General Conditions:

The following general conditions are applicable to both with free and Club Pogo:

The Promoter of the Pogo Games is Electronic Arts Nederland B.V., De Koumen 100, 6433 KE Hoensbroek, Netherlands ("EA"). "Pogo Games" means the In-Game Jackpot Prize Spinner, Daily Prize Draws or any other games, competitions, prize draws and or sweepstakes made available on the Pogo website.

Employees, officers and directors of EA and its affiliated entities, parent, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to win prizes.

If the winner of any prize cannot be traced [within 30 days] after reasonable efforts have been made, the specific prize may not be awarded, or EA will be entitled to select an alternative winner from among the entrants.

Odds of winning each prize depend upon the number of eligible entries in the applicable game. The prizes awarded in the Pogo Games have no cash alternative and may not be exchanged for any other good or service. All prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond EA's control, EA is unable to provide the stated prizes, EA reserves the right to award substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.

If proof of age is requested, the applicable prize will not be dispatched unless proof of age is received. If satisfactory proof of age is not received within fourteen (14) days of EA's request, the winner forfeits the prize and EA reserves the right to choose another winner.

A full list of winners will be available for four (4) weeks following the day of the selection of winners. This list can be obtained by writing to Electronic Arts Ltd, Onslow House, Onslow Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 4TN.

Any entry that does not comply with these Official Prize Rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of EA. Use of a false email account will disqualify an entry. EA is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, late, garbled or delayed electronic or other communications or other technical problems related to the website, the Internet, or the network of any service provider.

Entrants may only play the Pogo Games with one type, version or copy of browsing software application at any one time. The use of machines, computers, scripts or any automated system to play the games ("Automated Cheats") is strictly prohibited.

Entrants agree that they may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment if they are selected as winners. Such publicity may include use of their names and/or likeness.

Prizes may be changed from time to time. By participating, entrants agree that they have read and acknowledged these Official Prize Rules before participating in the applicable Pogo Game(s).

Should a player be found to have violated any of these Official Prize Rules, at the sole discretion of EA, the following shall apply:

1. any claim for a prize by that player shall be rendered void and any prize which they claim shall not be allocated;
2. on EA's discovery of more than one violation of the Official Prize Rules by a player, that player shall be prohibited from winning any prizes from any Pogo website in the future;
3. EA may terminate any account and/or permanently disqualify any players from any Pogo Game or other activity on a POGO website. If a player's account is terminated or they are disqualified from the play of any Pogo Game(s), the player will (a) immediately lose any right of access to any token, badges, GEMS and other digital content associated with his or her Pogo Account and/or (b) be banned from entering any future Pogo Games

4. Data Protection:

In order to participate in the Pogo Games, participants must provide certain information about themselves. This personal information is collected and processed only for the purposes of organising, running and monitoring the Pogo Games. website and related services, as well as for carrying out publicity in relation to the Pogo Games, website and related services. The organising entity shall be considered the data controller for the database containing this personal information.

By participating in the Pogo Games players agree to be bound by these Official Prize Rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material, which may be amended or varied at any time by the Promoter.

In the event of a dispute, EA's decision shall be final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Official Prize Rules are governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
