Q: How do I win prizes on Pogo.co.uk?
A: There are two ways in which you can win prizes on the site: the Daily Drawings and the In-game Spinner. To take part, you simply need to be a registered
player on Pogo.co.uk! Please note that we cannot issue prizes without a valid e-mail address, so please ensure you've supplied correct details.

Q: What are the Daily Drawings and how do I enter?
A: The Daily Drawings are free prize draws held daily on Pogo.co.uk. In order to enter, simply click the Prizes tab, then click the Enter Now! button (you need to be logged in). The drawing takes place at 10pm each day, at which point the day's winners are randomly selected. Each entrant for the Daily Drawings will receive an e-mail informing them of whether they've won or lost.
Each day you could win fabulous Love to Shop Vouchers! There are 2 to be won every day, each worth £15.

Q: How do the in-game spinners work?
A: Certain games on Pogo.co.uk feature in-game prize spinners. During the game, after fulfilling certain objectives, the spinner appears and you instantly win tokens or, if you're a Club Pogo member, exclusive Pogo prizes.

Q: What happens if I win a prize? How do I claim?
A: Winners of Pogo.co.uk's Daily Drawings are notified with an e-mail that includes a link to the Prize Claim Form, which you need to complete.

Q: What is the Prize Claim Form and why do I need to complete it?
A: The Prize Claim Form includes all of the information we need to process your prize, including name, postal address and other key details, such as age. You must fill in the Prize Claim
Form by the stated deadline in order to receive your prize. If you fail to do so, the prize will automatically be forfeit.
Once you've completed the Prize Claim form, you're taken to the Prize Claim Confirmation page, which you should print out and keep for your records. Now all you need do is sit back and wait
for your prize!

Q: How are Vouchers Awarded?
A: All Vouchers are now sent to your home postal address (as supplied in the Prize Claim form), so make sure that you enter your details correctly.

Q: How long will my prize take to arrive?
A: The Confirmation page includes the date by which your prize should arrive and instructions on how to contact us if it doesn't. We ask that you allow up to six weeks for your prize to arrive. If, for any reason, your prize hasn't arrived a full six weeks from the date of your win, please contact Pogo Customer Services by following the 'Help' link on the Pogo homepage and clicking 'Contact us'.
