Pogo Prize Rules
Why do you need my e-mail address?
We need your e-mail address so that we can send you your password in case you lose it. We also need your e-mail so that we can contact you if you win a prize.
We will not sell, rent or disclose your e-mail address to a third party without your express permission. See our privacy policy for details.
Why do you need my date of birth?
We need your date of birth for two reasons:
- to determine whether you're elgigible to play Pogo.co.uk and win prizes.
- so that you can verify your identity with us when you win a prize.
What is the security key?
The security key helps protect the Pogo community. It helps prevent cheaters from making lots of accounts. It's also a safeguard to help protect your Pogo account.
Having trouble reading the letters or numbers? Click the "Show new letters" link next to that text box. This will give you a new set of letters to enter.
Screen name and password guidelines
Screen name guidelines:
- 3-16 characters.
- Use numbers and letters only. Spaces and punctuation are not allowed.
- The first character must be a letter.
- Not case-sensitive (e.g. "JoeBob" and "joebob" are the same)
- You can't use the words "pogo" or "guest" at the beginning of your screenname.
- Profanity is not allowed. Note that our filter checks for profanity in several languages.
- 4-16 characters.
- Use numbers and letters only. Spaces and punctuation are not allowed.
- Case-sensitive (e.g. "monkey" and "Monkey" are not the same)
- To make your account more secure, use a combination of numbers and letters.
- Make your password difficult for others to guess - don't use your real name or screen name.
